Vanilla Ice Cream



  • 1 cup or 400ml Double Cream
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup or (3 tablespoons Real Honey)
  • 2 Egg Yolks (no egg white)
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract


  1. In a large bowl whisk double cream, maple syrup, egg yolks, and vanilla until completed mixed together. Or alternatively (can blend all ingredients in a liquidiser).
  2. Then pour ice cream mix into a shallow container with a sealed lid.  Place in the freezer.  Will take 4 – 7 hours to set.
