- 1 cup or 400ml Double Cream
- 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup or (3 tablespoons Real Honey)
- 2 Egg Yolks (no egg white)
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- In a large bowl whisk double cream, maple syrup, egg yolks, and vanilla until completed mixed together. Or alternatively (can blend all ingredients in a liquidiser).
- Then pour ice cream mix into a shallow container with a sealed lid. Place in the freezer. Will take 4 – 7 hours to set.
