- Water 1 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Garlic 1 clove finely chopped
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon or Lime or Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Cornflour 1 tablespoon
- In a pan, water, sugar, garlic, red chilli powder, lemon, and boil for 2 minutes.
- Cornflour mixed with a small amount of cold water in a cup, add to sauce and boil for 2 minutes. This is to thicken the sauce.
