Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • Fat free plain Yogurt 250 grams (NB: Can replace yogurt with cashew nuts and a small cup of water)
  • Salt to taste (¼ teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (¼ teaspoon)
  • English Yellow Mustard (1 teaspoon)
  • Parsley or Basil  (4 leaves)
  • Garlic (1 clove)
  • Red Chilli Powder (¼ teaspoon) or  Green Chilli ( x 1) or Cayenne Pepper (¼ teaspoon)
  • Freshly Squeeze Lemon Juice (1 tablespoons)

Method

  • Blend all ingredients together for 1 – 2 minutes and serve with salad.
