- Butter 30g (1½ tablespoons)
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped finely
- Parsley leaves × 10 chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- In a small dish, add butter, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped parsley, and salt to taste. Mix with table knife until completely blended together.
- Paste garlic butter on bread slices and toast under grill, until golden brown.
